They offer three types of memberships: Fairway, Executive, and Tour Experience. The Fairway Membership is the most popular, providing at least $100 worth of merchandise for $50 a month. The apparel in the Fairway membership is from brands you would see at big box golf retailers and include Callaway, Oakley, Under Armor, Puma, etc.

The Executive Membership is for the more discerning subscriber that is used to paying a little bit more for apparel. To sign up for ShortPar4, you need to visit the ShortPar4 website. Once there, you will see a pop-up that says “Sign Up to Get the Best Deals in Golf.” Enter your email address and click “I Want All the Deals” to sign up. After signing up, you can select the membership that best suits what you're looking for. They offer different types of memberships like the Fairway Membership, Executive Membership, Magnolia Membership, and Junior Membership. Each membership offers different benefits and is tailored to different types of golfers. After selecting a membership, you will need to take a quiz so they can understand your style and preferences. Once you've completed these steps, your personalized golf gear will be delivered straight to your door every month.

The payment methods accepted by Short Par 4 are Visa, Mastercard, Amex, and PayPal. All recurring memberships can expect their credit cards to be charged on the first (1st) of every month. To avoid being charged, cancellations need to be made by 11:59pm EST two days prior to the 1st. If you purchased your subscription between the 1st & 20th of the month, your next charge date will be on the 1st of the following month. You will not be charged twice before receiving your first package. Members of Short Par 4 may cancel their subscription at any time. There are no cancellation fees. Returns and Exchanges are only allowed through the Short Par 4 Mulligan Shop for a $9.95 re-stocking / shipping fee. Members will not be charged a re-stocking / shipping fee for damaged or defective product.

At Short Par 4, they have a Return/Mulligan Process. A Mulligan is a process for SP4 members to return items received from Short Par 4. You start the process by filling out the Mulligan Form and they'll send you a prepaid return label to ship your items back. Once the items are received by SP4, you will receive a refund in SP4 Bucks in the value of your items to shop for Mulligan items in the SP4 Vault or use toward an upcoming subscription. Note that there is a restocking fee of $10 that will be taken off of the value of the SP4 Bucks you'll be receiving. The condition of the returned items MUST be in the same condition that you receive them. If SP4 receives the product back in unacceptable condition, you will receive 20% of the value in SP4 Bucks instead of 100% of the value. To receive 100% value in SP4 bucks, the product received by SP4 must be shipped back under the following conditions: The product must have the original tags. Not be visibly worn, damaged, or stained. Hats must be sent back in boxes to avoid being damaged during shipping. Shoes must be returned within 30 days of purchase, unworn on the golf course & be shipped back inside other packaging and NOT just the shoe box itself. If your purchase is outside of 30 days, reach out to the manufacturer regarding any issues. All apparel items are eligible to be returned if they were sent to you in your current month’s package. Items received prior to your current month's packages will not be eligible for return. A return label will be sent to your email within two (2) business days of SP4 receiving your Mulligan Form submission. Your SP4 Bucks will be applied to your account within two (2) business days of SP4 receiving your return package. Returns are FREE! Returns for Executive & Magnolia Members are free.

As for the Shipping Policy, as of October 31, 2021, Short Par 4 does offer international shipping policies. However, based on the records, Short Par 4 does not currently offer free shipping policies.
